COVID-19 Update

COVID-19 Delivery Update

Hello,
We hope you are well and staying safe during these strange times! Thank you for having a look at this page.
We understand everyone is maybe a little scared and/or confused at the moment, but please rest assured that we are doing everything we can to keep our business going safely and responsibly.

Our online business is open and we are taking orders as normal. There are currently no serious delays in responding to enquiries or dispatching orders. If we are a little slower than normal, we do apologise! We have some members of staff working from home whilst others are dispatching parcels.

If you are wanting to enquire about your order, we would ask that you do first kindly check your emails to see if you have been sent a dispatch email or tracking information. Please note that these emails may have gone into your junk/spam email folder.

There are currently no delays in sending out parcels and we have seen that recently dispatched parcels seem to be delivered on time.

We are currently receiving a huge amount of enquiries from customers requesting tracking information and/or to ask about delays, and it is difficult to get back to everyone on time. If you have been sent your tracking information and can view this online, please be aware that we do not have access to any more information than the details we have shared with you.

Unfortunately we have seen there are some delays in delivery with parcels that were sent Worldwide standard delivery during March when the pandemic began.
If this has affected your order, we do apologise. You may wish to contact your local postal service or nearby postal office in your country, to see if they have any more information, as again we only have access the Royal Mail tracking link provided. However, due to the Coronavirus effect, we think we must just be patient.
Please rest assured all our delivery partners are working to deliver parcels as quickly as possible.

All our parcels are sent with insurance so if your parcel does not turn up, we can file a claim for a missing parcel but we must wait 30 working days from when the parcel was sent to do this. If this time has elapsed, please contact us so we can proceed with a claim.

Thank you for reading. If you do still have any questions, please do get in touch and we will be happy to help!

For customers who have placed an order with us, thank you so much for your support and custom! It means a lot that you have still chosen to shop with us during these current circumstances. Please take comfort in the fact we are doing everything we can to get your order to you as soon as possible.

Lots of love,

The My Breeches Team x
